Configure the span 1 as nethdlc=1-31 You have to have HDLC enabled in your kernel. Then compile zaptel/sethdlc (in zaptel make sethdlc) and then ztcfg -vv sethdlc hdlc0 mode hdlc (or mode cisco) ifconfig hdlc ip_address network network_address that's it! Now you have IP over HDLC/CISCO HDLC.
