We are using Teliax IAX2, Asterisk

We have seen using the touch tones on

What I have just found is on the new SIP software (1.5.1) the browser does

I think that it might have to do with the codec that is being used. I had a
problem trying to get the hold music to work with calls that went over our

We used the 3Tone service from Level3 and their fax was really unreliable
too. It was a hit or miss if you could send or receive and the quality of
the fax was really bad. We went back to the old fashion way.

You can create separate users in amp to only allow user to certain items on
the setup menu and contain them to an extension or range of extensions.
You will have to setup up a table in the AMP DB and modify the config for
AMP.
If you are looking for something that has control over separate IVR
I am assuming that you mean Telasip?
Don't expect to get any numbers ported over to them.
I have never been able to get anyone on the phone.
Can't say that I have had any technical issues.

Looks like the router around them in the Denver area have been having issues
or overloaded. I have been getting choppy calls all day but seems to be
better tonight.

T-1 usually has a Service Level Agreement
so if your T-1 goes down they have to fix it ASAP. DSL usually doesnt
have this. We had this is come up before. We had 1.5 VDSL from Qwest (which has worked
fine for VOIP for us) but we had it go out and it was done for a day. Tried to

We are setting up asterisk with Teliax and having trouble getting the incoming call to work all the time, the outgoing does not seem to have a problem.
I have worked with their support but since they say that we are getting the initial call
of line 1. You would then configure
Line 3 with 4013. Line one would be 5060 Line 3 5061.

Sorry if this show up twice, yesterdays post did not show up.
We are having trouble setting up two ext's on one phone. We have it the
point where the first two lines are ext 4000 then the third line is ext
4013. We can receive calls to both ext's but we can't make out going calls
on ext 4013.
We seem to be having the same problem. The cdr command is not found, so we
tried to do a make and install on the add-ons but it can't see to find the
files when we run 'make clean make make install'. We have downloaded
from CVS and the files look to be there but it still can't find the files.

You might want to check modules.conf and make sure you have an autoload in
there.
