We included presence in the latest builds. This is necessary to enable auto-redial (call completion), at least in the eyes of the SIP hot-shots. In the latest image (2.03c, see http://snom.com/download/share) we included a flag where this feature can be turned off.
But as long as it's not causing any harm, you should just ignore this.
