Christian has been testing the snom code against on of our Asterisk
systems.
2.03f did address some multiple registration issues but the newest snom
200 version is 2.03g - that has addressed some additional registration
issues.
New versions for the other snom phones are expected today.

What form of config is required in * to get 1 extensions available.
Single login/registry or multiple? Do I have to specify lines per
Christiasn's earlier mail?
In my implementation, the two extns are treated as though they are
separate phones with separate (independent) logins, like:
