Hi! :)
We have implemented something that looks like option 1
We have a webbased addressbook. As soon as you login the

When you click on a phonenr in the webapp it will connect to
the manager API and originate a call for you. Your phone

Hello!
I have an [EMAIL PROTECTED] instalation with 7 users working OK, and I'ld like
to implement either a
-- Web dial feature, where the user would fill one form field with a phone
number and a connection would be created between his extention and the
entered number.
OR
-- Dial using an URI
Hello!
Can you please post your CGI script ?
Thanks

I have this silly problem :
When I place a call, being either to an extention or to an outside line,
DTMF signals are ignored by Asterisk.
This is serious because I can't even transfer calls (#) or park them (#70).
When I receive a call there's no such problem.
When I recover a call from parking

Solved!
The problem was that capiinit start can only be done by user root and
asterisk is started as user asterisk.
Once I edited sudo (visudo) and gave permission, the problem was solved.

Hi all!
I have two Fritz!PCI cards on a Debian with Kernel 2.6.9.
I recompiled the Kernel to support mISDN and all went OK.
Usually I initialize CAPI with this :
alias /dev/capi20 avmfritz
alias char-major-68-0 avmfritz
install avmfritz /sbin/modprobe capi; \
/sbin/modprobe
Is there an easier way to cancel the echo ?
Is there a way to use chan_capi with Teles cards ?
Hi,
If your cards are supported by i4l, the odds on support in
mISDN are good. mISDN provides a CAPI interface for the
cards. Maybe you should check that out.
My experience with the echo on i4l
Hello!
I'm curently using * with two old Teles PCI card (wich, btw, were hard to
install and make good use of) with ISDN4Linux.
The sound quality is simply perfect.
However both dialing in and out through the ISDN line, there seems to be a
_little_ bit of echo that eventually gets on your nerves

No echos, no delays, simply perfect -- electronic poetry ! :)
