myth 0.24 is now in stable (thanks!), but some of the dependencies are
still in testing. I've not tried to install it yet, but on my centos
box I needed to get the following from atrpms-testing to get yum to
download cleanly:
libcurl
google-droid-sans-fonts
liberation-sans-fonts

I had a disk crash on my myth backend which wiped out the OS. I have a

Hi Axel,
Any chance you could update the tuxonice patch to 3.0.1 for F10? The
3.0-rc7 patch does bad things my desktop, but 3.0.1 seems to work
fine.
Also is tuxonice not needed in F11 or are there problems with it?
Thanks,
Chris

of at least the newest re-appearing?
Thanks,

Axel,
Do I still need a kmdl for ivtv with kernel 2.6.22? I didn't think it
did, but yum can't find either a kmdl or an ivtv which doesn't require
a kmdl. This is on FC6.

Hi Axel,
Any chance of building the 9631 nvidia drivers for Fedora7? This is
the latest version that works with my card. Alternatively if there is
a different recommended version for a GeForce4 MX 440, please point me
at it.
Thanks.

I've just noticed that mythbackend from atrpms runs as root.
/etc/init.d/mythbackend has this in it:

I'm sure it used to be possible to install multiple versions of the
nvidia rpms and use nvidia-graphics-switch to select the version to
use. However recent versions of the
nvidia-graphics rpm all contain the same man pages:
/usr/share/man/man1/nvidia-installer.1.gz
Is there any chance of getting kmdls for this kernel - particularly
lirc. I'd like to upgrade, but cannot without the kmdls.
Thanks,

The ipw2200 module is included in kernel-2.6.16 and seems to work. Is
there any advantage to using the atrpms kmdls? Are they just newer
versions or are there some other differences.
