since catalyst isn't available in the official repositories can someone remove
catalyst-utils and lib32-catalyst-utils from the blacklist?
I would like to upload it mainly for the catalyst-generator AUR users, but i
can't.

The only purpose was to provide the dev version of nginx with the (then
beta) SPDY module. As this has been merged into the stable releases as of
1.4.0, which is already available in [community], this package can be
removed.
