Sorry for the late response, I was on vacation followed by a period of
having little spare time, with regards to work and family.
I did agree to sponsor the TU application of Jean Lucas, provided he found
another sponsor, but was not aware that he had sent his application without
any
packages (ulatencyd and ulatencyd-git, 100 votes in
total, but unmaintained, status unclear). Moving to AUR.

python-mpd is already in [extra] and there is a whole smörgåsbord of
python/python2 and mpd related packages and clients in AUR.
The package recently showed up in a python2-related TODO-list, which
is why I am removing it now.
