Avahi no longer replaces mDNSResponder, but I still can't upload it. Also
I've now split the package into mDNSResponder nss-mDNSResponder to better fit
the existing method.

while 'file' in [core] repo is in version 5.1.1 already), orphan and
no one seems to need or care about this package. IMO, this package has
no use.
