So I'm trying to get autogen compiled under Cygwin (1.5.24-2) under
XP. I have both libguile and the devel headers installed, but
configure is erroring out:
configure: error: Cannot find working libguile
I've read the README and have tried both --disabled-shared and the
--with-libguile-libs/-R
