I found in the meantime that I have to do that, by adding a line like
  AddXSPTaglib AxKit2::XSP::MyTaglib
to the AxKit configuration file.

AxKit2 : Taglib Help

Hello.

AxKit2. Trying to add taglibs to my XSP pages, following the Hello,
Joe! example in the doc of AxKit2::XSP::TaglibHelper. It does not
work though: in the HTML page nothing but the original tag shows. I
was wondering if I would have to tell AxKit somewhere to use this
taglib, similar to AxAddXSPTaglib in AxKit1?
