listed for the job did not exist in the database so no jobs were found
for the client. To fix I manually added the correct clientid for all

I know this is not what you asked for but I have found it best to create a Scratch pool and use label barcodes to put all tapes in the Scratch pool and then when needed bacula will grab the next tape from this pool and move them to the pool that needs a new volume. This way I do not have to worry

Second, I think you got the wrong idea of the autochanger resource. You
want bacula to continue the job on another drive.
This is not the way autochangers work (not in bacula at least). Bacula
expects the next volume in the _same_ drive. AFAIK there is currently no
way to tell bacula to continue
