AFAIK, it is using a direct S3 API and not the external commands.

Does anyone know what's the command what the bacula use to download the
files in cloud.
I'm asking because, the download transfer rate with aws cli it's e much
faster than the restore command in bacula console.
I've made the tests with:
aws s3 cp s3://bucket/folder/file
