Your ability to foster and assess understanding will require you to
continually develop such attributes as sensitivity, detachment and
generosity and draw on your powers of perception and intuition. You will
need to listen everyone carefully. Often an individual does not have
sufficient words to express his or her own thoughts, but actually
comprehends quite well the subject under discussion. You should not focus on
words alone, but go beyond them and look for intended meaning. To do so, you
must have faith in your friends, hold the conviction that each has
significant things to say.
