I have now done some testing on an fc8 i386 machine. I have the same problem with categories as the x86_64 machine. If I try to set contact categories on the pc side with kontact, syncing will fail with the same apparent memory leak problem. Multisync reports a sync problem and then goes

Thanks for providing the repo. I was able to install the rpms. However, after configuring with multisync, I ran the synchronization. Everything looked OK, but then the sync hung the computer. Could not even ssh in from another machine. I repeated the process and had a console top running to

Forgot to mention-- The address book and calendar appeared to sync. I made a change on both the BB and the pc and I think both changes synced both places. The memory leak problem occurred after the first phase whenit showed the number entries received and sent. Fred Nathanael Noblet wrote:
