I have updated CVS with examples/addcalendar.cc.  If you could give that
a try and report any problems, that would be great.

I also added more logging to the opensync plugin.  Please test
the sync again, with opensync TRACE logging turned on, and then search
the resulting log files for a calendar item that you have trouble
with, and send me that part of the log.

You can turn on oensync TRACE logging by setting the environment
variable OSYNC_TRACE to the path of an empty directory.  Log files will be
created there for each thread.
