I'll try to merge __get_cword3 and __get_cword4, now that bash-4.0 patch
35 addresses the splitting-quoted-strings problem:

We'll probably have to keep __get_cword4 for bash-4.0.0 to bash-4.0.34,
but I'll have a look.
