is there a right way in batik for outputting xml to a TranscoderOutput?
Else, I think, using javax.xml.transform and the Writer from the
TranscoderOutput is the right way.

The serialization is already extracted now. Now I'm thinking of the html
class. I think I will implement it as XML style sheet which is transformed to
java via xsltc.
