State of the art of Bi-directional sync for BBDB and other contact apps

Hi, I am trying to determine there is a recommended utility that does bi-directional sync between BBDB and any of the other popular contact apps like Outlook, Gmail, Apple Address Book, etc.? I see a number of export and import, which is typically uni-directional. Just checking what is out there,
