Edit - Insert - File Contents Ah-ha! That is the one I was looking
for, even though I already used the cat solution.

it lets you save and load text color preference schemes for BBEdit
and TextWrangler.
To save your current color preferences:
bbcolors -save My Cool New Color Scheme
To load a saved scheme:
bbcolors -load Some Other Color
