a reward (also for fronts or a good finish,) it doesn't mess up your scent articles (when teaching scent discrimination.)Its not bad for the dogs, or for you when you accidentally swallow some. Its not too expensive when you get the gigantor size from Costco and it keeps well in the fridge. Marjie
