Jake cross the Rainbow bridge on Thursday.I had hoped that his liver
cancer would not advance so quickly, but that was not to be.Jake had not

How terribly sad that Jake crossed the Bridge at such a young age. It's
never long enough when we are talking about our beloved Berners. He was
so very lucky to have lived his live surrounded with love and care. He
knew that he was loved and I'm sure he returned that love.
