Hi Everyone, I have a user who is performing an enterprise activation and gets the following message: Some database failed to synchronize: Address Book. Apparently the contacts are getting synched. I am thinking maybe there is a corrupt entry in the address book. Can I get some suggestions on how

It's usually a duplicate address book entry. If you can find the duplicate(s) and erase them, it usually works fine after that. I've found, though, that the error is superficial, and everything works fine in spite of it. Thanks! Anna Chester| Key Energy Services | IT Communications

Does anyone know if a Blackberry wipes itself via an IT policy, does it report back to the server and show up in the logs? We've had a stolen phone, last connected a few days ago. The Wipe/Disable is in the queue, but I'm thinking that by now the person who stole it must have exceeded the
