are the users screwing around with Themes? They can become corrupt and need
to be reset. Also check that the time is set correctly on the device. It
could be coming in and be filed away somewhere near the bottom. Send a test
email and search for it on the device.
Have you tried sending an email
Its usually because the device is completely out of memory and will start
deleting things as it needs more space.
I think you can do alt+shift+h and scroll to the bottom and see what File
Free is listed as.

When I try to launch the BAS page, it fails. There are some Application logs
below, but google searching isnt doing much. I guess I have 1 free support
call, but wanted to save it. This seems pretty serious though.
Mail continues to process just fine, but I cant add or remove people right
now.
I've had it since the day it came out and have noticed it locks up for a
good 2-3 seconds after you type in your password almost every time. Its
pretty annoying but is something that should be easily fixed in a software
update.

Has anyone seen this before. Its only one user out of 200 experiencing this.
Invite goes out and shows up correctly in outlook, but on the blackberry its
only an email and you cant accept it or do anything with it other than read
it.

Also on ATT, if this happens now that the unlimited data plan is gone and
you call to put it back, you can only get the 2 gig data plan. Ive had this
happen at least once recently. Just another one of those random BES plans
changed to BIS for no reason...

We had an issue with MDS going down Wednesday morning as well, restarting that
service brought back everyone's ability to use the browser.
No other issues in DC today.

We've had several of the bolds randomly restart with the original OS. Never
figured out the issue.
They also crash and restart during certain video playback. New OS didnt fix
that either. Haven't tried 5.0 yet though.

We implemented a company wide standard email as well, I had opened a ticket
with T support about this a few months ago

anything about disabling an auto signature for email settings, does anyone
know if this is possible?
