are the users screwing around with Themes? They can become corrupt and need to be reset. Also check that the time is set correctly on the device. It could be coming in and be filed away somewhere near the bottom. Send a test email and search for it on the device. Have you tried sending an email

[Bes-admins] BES Express BAS failure

When I try to launch the BAS page, it fails. There are some Application logs below, but google searching isnt doing much. I guess I have 1 free support call, but wanted to save it. This seems pretty serious though. Mail continues to process just fine, but I cant add or remove people right now.

[Bes-admins] Calendar invites coming in as emails

Has anyone seen this before. Its only one user out of 200 experiencing this. Invite goes out and shows up correctly in outlook, but on the blackberry its only an email and you cant accept it or do anything with it other than read it. ___ Bes-Admins
