Does anyone know why a user would get this message, Password was
changed by administrator when nobody at our help desk would have tried
to change it.
Its been happening to a few users.

I assume the issue is constantly occurring? If no apps have been recently
installed, I have found that a wipe, OS removal, and reload solve these odd
problems.
