My BES v4.1 crashed yesterday, fortunately I had a new BES v5 already spun up and ready to go, I just hadn't started moving people on to it yet (other than a few of us in IT). So I added everyone else on to it - about 100 users - and sent them instructions on how to activate. I'm getting
