Just a shot in the dark, but when you open the PDFs in Adobe Reader, and check
the properties, is there any pattern among PDF versions?

I am running BES 5.0 and we just discovered some users cannot open PDF files on
their Blackberry. The model devices so far are 9650 and 8530, both running 4.2.
Does anyone have any suggestions. thanks

It turns out its the server. When I moved my account to this server, now
I cant open this attachment either. That's as far as I got so far
