This is looking very interesting and gives a very good feeling of what this will become. The plot and grid demos are of particular interest. Looking forward to see how and when the labs will develop. Have not spent much time on this new stuff yet but it seems to be very robust and nice.

Nothing works here under Win XP and Chrome, neither J32 nor J64. Jconsole sticks to the Dos-window, JHS flashes some window(s) which shut down immediately. Did a fresh install twice, restarted machine, no difference. J7gtk worked and works OK. R.E. Boss -Oorspronkelijk bericht-

Brian, I don't see the problem you report. The demos all seem to work very well. I was especially impressed with the grid (jdemo6). The error you report indicates that the j engine which on my installation seems to open a Terminal window and run - iMg5:~ jkt$

Joey, I saw almost the same thing (a terminal window with `/Users/brian/j701/bin/jhs.command; exit` in it) when I launch jhs via the red J icon. It told me to launch jhs by typing `http://127.0.0.1:65001/jijx` into a browser window, which I did successfully (btw, a neat shortcut from the terminal
