After setting a breakpoint using the stop manager,
and debugging for a bit, I can not clear that
breakpoint using stop manager.

Jgtk already got snapshots. Open a file and choose from the menu
'script' 'snapshots'
it will list previously saved snapshots and if any difference. One can
also diff using external diff tool if that already config.
One cannot normally identify these snapshot files because they are in
a hidden
