Ric - yes, it was a simple matter of copying the "addons" directory from j602 to j701 - I had done this already on a few of the machines with which I'm working but not this latest one.
In testing the browser front-end, I'm trying to sample the sorts of things I usually do, so that's why I'd like to get my normal setup working. However, since I generally prefer working in console mode anyway, I'm only somewhat interested in the browser front-end as an interface per-se. I do think it's a good idea and I would like to see what we can do to use this to create browser applications - this is where I see J making a big leap forward.
