Trying to get the most recent version of JFE on my server session. From my
server session I did an exit'' then verified that the session was terminated
as chrome reported it was not found. Went to jum and created a new session
(hopefully) and logged into it. Entered 3+4 and got the following:

Sounds like you are running the new code. The big difference is that
sentences are typed and entered at the end of the page and you can move the
caret up into the text and edit and run sentences. The old version had a
text box at the bottom for sentences.

Thank you. It does work just fine, ignoring the error messages. Graphics
show up fine; however, I can't get pacman gets errors and keeps saying JAL
information never has been updated. The only thing it shows installed is the
base library. Not installed shows empty.

JAL is not intended to work on the Jsoftware server. The page needs to be
fixed to tell you this. Updates on a server need to be done by the system
admin. JAL should work on your own installation on your own system where you
are sysadmin.

Or do you somehow update our sessions without them being shut down.

Every server upgrade announcement I have seen has included a
short message
