Raul, here is a more accurate log. When I type something and press Enter, the
error messages appear immediately following the preceding result and are
themselves followed by the echo of what I typed and its result. Here I first
manually typed a.i.'abc', second a.i.'ctrl-v' pasting letters
This is not a report for 1.0.23, it is a report for the current online JHS Web
Server. The following is the response when I type median =: @-:@# { /:~
(that is, the definition of median is not accepted). --Kip Murray

I cannot reproduce your error on the online system.
OTOH I cannot verify your formula for median because, for example my
*expected* answer for the given data would be 4.5, not 4.
