would all have been in default as i had not touched them, they all

I've reported this problem earlier and some members confimed the same problem. I
subscribe to another mail list using mailman+gmail and have the same problem. My
experience can be summarised as.
mailman + gmail = can not receive own post
mailman + non-gmail = no problem
non-mailman + gmail =
If you use gmail you can cc or bcc to yourself as well as to the list and
then get your own mal in the inbox
Otherwise if you want to read your own mail to the list before someone
replies on it you can read it in sent mail
In gmail you can put you mail in groups one or more and then find it in
