Looks like the release notes for 9.8.1 are in the 9.8.2 tarball. Yep, we've stopped including the release notes inside the BIND tarballs, but I missed removing them from one branch--oops. We noticed it over the weekend, and a new tarball should be up by tomorrow. (I'm just waiting for the
