Dean DiTommaso had the adult CALIFORNIA GULL below the control gates at Niagara Falls today. This is the one with obvious red on the bill, a different bird than the one at the power plants. The latter bird was seen Sunday but when Dean was there today there were very few gulls (around 11:00).
