If she has a dead lamb in her it is poisoning her which would lead to the diarrhea. Did you notice any foul smell? Being active and feeding well doesn't fit with a dead retained fetus though. The oxytocin does help a ewe get her milk going. Pull her eye lid down and see if it has good color. If
