Michael, have you considered a heat lamp? If you have power out to
the ram shed, it would be my first option.
Alternatively, you might see what you could do for him using an old
size XXX sweatshirt. You would need to keep it tucked up out of the
way of his urine stream. I tried it with my dog
You can get a polar fleece vest, or some kind of vest, from goodwill, for a few
dollars. Mens or childs depending on his size. Put it on backwards, and with
the zipper on the animals back, zip it up. If it is too large around the waist
area, might try some duct tape.
