Hi Christopher,
I do believe that replacing a motherboard is a major change for a computer
to handle. LOL.
Seriously though, let me check into that, and let you know.
Obviously, if it happened that way with a previous system of yours, it might
indeed fail, but it also depends on the computer
Is Jaws accessible with Nero 6.0 and do you have any idea what the newer
versions cost? Thank you.

I have Nero 6 ultra or what ever it's called and it's perfectly fine with
jaws. It was $99 a couple of years ago.

It would seem that for some reason the information listed there does not
work with a DEC talk express even after browsing the source code, good try
though thank you.

Patricia,
Hi Lennie,
ViewPoint is not specific to Dell computers.
It is a media player.
I've remove it from several machines.

If the text isn't being read, how is Dragon going to do anything with it?
Remember, Dragon is speech to text, not text to speech.

If the text isn't being
yes I am aware of that and yes it would have to be played in for dragon to
work on it.

I don't know if it would even work as I'm just guessing if it's spoken voice
from a human rreader then it should be able to be played back and picked up
by a microphone feeding dragon? Like I said just guessing I have no proof
it would actually work.

Why not use a program like Say pad to do the conversion straight away?

I believe that JAW-Bones has now been replaced by a program called J-Say.
You need to use J-Say when you are using JAWS and Dragon together.
