I too have had problems with the web with Jaws choosing not to read anything on the page yet I can see the content. This is what I try 1. Insert+Esc to refresh Jaws 2. Close Jaws restart 3. Copy the address Alt+d then Alt+c; Close IE then re-open it and Alt+d then Alt+v to paste the address I

Also I think that if you are running a demo of Image for Windows you will not be able to either make or restore a back up, I can't remember if it is both or one of the actions but don't go making a backup thinking you can restore it because it wont until you have a legit copy of I for W. HTH
