Can you help me understand how to create a shortcut to the desktop? For
instance, I'd like to create a shortcut for the Microsoft Narrator. I'm using
Windows 2007 and Jaws 14.

Hi all,
Many times per day, I send e-mails to my co-workers who are on the same
network, and I'd like to be able to show them where a document is instead of
attaching it. Makes for easier editing, etc. When I go to insert the link to
where the document is, it takes me forever to browse for the

Hi all,
Whenever I close a Word document with Alt F4, The Microsoft Word program is
still running in my task manager. Am I closing my documents incorrectly? I
noticed this with both Word 2007 and Word 2010, using Jaws 14.
