Hi Arianna,

Below are the steps that I typed up for someone who had never used Email
Stripper so, they are a little long winded. Email Stripper has a Hot Key
built in so, it can be accessed quickly. The Hot Key is control, alt, + E.

1. Open the Email and press control + F to forward it.

2. Enter to whom you are sending the Email to.

3. Tab to the subject line and press the home/7 key to take the cursor to
the beginning of the line

4. Press the delete key to remove any FW: stuff that is in front of the
message title.

5. Tab to the edit field.

6. Press the control + A keys to select the whole message. Now , press
control + C to copy the whole message to the clipboard.

7. Open the Email Stripper program.

8. Tab 1 time, Jaws will say "paste". Press the space bar to paste the
message into the Email Stripper program.

9. Shift tab 1 time, Jaws will say "strip it". Press the space bar to strip
the Email of the computer language crap.

10. Shift tab 1 time, Jaws will say "edit". Press the space bar and this
now cleans the Email of the rest of the crap.

11. Press control +home/7 keys to take the cursor to the top of the page.

12. Arrow down to the first line of the message and arro up once to give
yourself some space if possible.

13. Press the home/7 key to take the cursor to the beginning of the line.

14. Press the control + home/7 keys to select from the cursor to the top of
the page and press the delete key to clean the top of the message.

15. Press the control + end/1 keys to take the cursor to the bottom of the
page.

16. Arrow up to the last line of the message and arro down once or twice to
give yourself a little room.

17. Press the home/7 key to take the cursor to the beginning of the line.

18. Press control, shift, + end/1 keys to select the text from there to the
bottom of the page and press the delete key to remove the crap at the bottom
of the message.

19. You can proofread the message if you like to make sure it is the way you
want it.

20. Shift tab and Jaws will say "copy". Press space bar to copy the
message.

21. Press Alt + F4 to close the Email Stripper program after you have copied
the message.

22. You should be back to your original message. Now press control + A to
select everything here and press delete to erase that message because you
are
going to put a new message in here.

23. Press the control + V keys to paste the message you had cleaned up
earlier using the Email Stripper program.

24. Now you can send as usual.

I know this sounds like a lot of steps but, after you get the hang of it, it
is really simple. Trust me. People will totally appreciate the fact
that you are sending them clean Emails.

Using this program will not disturb any clickable links that may be in the
message. Hope this helps. Take care.
Mike

Yes, Mike, I use the method you gave to delete the addresses, but sometimes
I get emails that seem to have cells and that method won't work with that
type of email.

With email stripper, does it automatically get rid of the addresses when you
press control f or do you have to call up the email stripper program?
