I've downloaded via your link and installed it, but it seems to be the
Dutch version.
Although I understand dutch, being near to Afrikaans, I don't feel that
at home with it and changed at least the google page to English, but I
can't seem to find where to change the program itself
Under my documents, I will hit enter on dropbox - also find it on my desktop,
and then after having pasted something into public folder, I would then right
click on specific item, arrow down to dropbox submenu, and then hit enter on
copy public link.

That's true it really sounds like Windows 98 resolution, however if a video
device driver is corrupt that is exactly the reslution that pops up.
I had this effect, when via add/remove programs remove the video
intercept of JAWS 12, I mean I had sach a case.

There are 2 things to remember when using the Dropbox Public folder, at
least without doing these 2 things I haven't been able to get an upload to
the Public folder to work.
1. Whatever file you put into the Public folder to share, make sure you ,
zip it up!
