First, launch NVDA and press Insert-Control-S for the Synthesizer dialog and
select Sapi4 using the cursor keys. Then, tab to Okay . Next, press
Insert-Control-V for the Voices dialog and select Reed. Adjust the other

When you run the file download, you will get a list box with two options:

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Firefox 3 with Webvisum only works
with JAWS 8 or higher. Sorry, but it won't work with JAWS 7.
