I just recently reformatted my computer
Hoping to get some help please. I'm using JAWS 11.0 and Microsoft Word 2007.
I'm unable to check what i've written on the web or within the program
itself.
All I hear when I try is, blank.
The words are there but I can't read them.
What could be wrong and how can I solve it.

We un-installed word 2007and installed 2003, but still had the same
problem.
So I decided to Call Freedom Scientific, and was told to un-install Jaws
with shared settings. and download the file from the site and then
