again, from their website, IOS will be supported, but I can't remember about
Macs. Contact them and ask about Mac support.

Hmmm if windows does go arm guys it will be more than jaws.
Every blind game for 32 and 64 bit cpus will be gone to especially if
those branches are dropped and I doubt that every system will go arm.
As for arm systems, that will probably mean no supernova, nvda, etc,
just narator.
No
Like Scott I do not have any say on the projects outcome etc as it’s not
something I am sure weather I would fund myself as these types of games are not
usually my chosen types.
Best wishes

At Robert, fair enough. If they are able to have an updated version of
the demo that supports JAWS, then I will happily give it a test. If I
like it, I will absolutely support them, but until then, without the
ability to give it a trial I will not part with a single cent.

Until JAWS is rendered obsolete, then it remains a screen-reader that
requires support. To be honest, I wouldn't mind if Windows 10 did a
better job with an out-of-the-box screen-reader, but that day is not
here.
More importantly, I am not going to give my support to a product that

They are still working on JAWS. They haven't abandoned it at all. [Their
website lays out all accessibility
plans,](https://otterinsanity.co.uk/what-is-coy) including making console
versions accessible. You may want to ask them why initially supporting JAWS is

They did say specifically that part of their accessibility budget
would involve testing with premium screen readers. So if you want JAWS
support, it kind of does have to be funded first. I worry that JAWS as
a consumer product will fizzle out sooner rather than later. Once
Windows 10 Arm hits,
Well assuming your point was support for "usual screen readers", then
yeah, it kinda is. NVDA has wider adoption than JAWS nowadays (see
recent webAIM surveys).
I think it's also worth keeping in mind at times like these that the
JAWS ULA precludes a demo version of JAWS being used to develop or
That's not really the point though.

NVDA is as good as JAWS in a lot of ways now, it’s recognised as a fully
fledged screen reader. I am an accessibility tester and NVDA is one of the
screen readers I am required to test with.
Best wishes.

Thanks
I'm out then. I wish them luck, but until they can support the usual
screen-readers I cannot, in good conscience, support them.

You have to use NVDA. Not JAWS, for now. They told me through FB Messenger that
JAWS was giving them huge amounts of problems. Use NVDA for now, not JAWS.

I downloaded and installed the demo, but cannot play the game--even
when I am told that accessibility is enabled. I am a JAWS user, but I
got nothing, and decided to see if Narrator would play nicely with it:
same result. Anyone else have luck with the demo? I want to play
it--and maybe, to
