Maybe you're missing a .net dependency. It's supposed to give you a
success message when your user id is generated.

You just click the register button back in the program. The
registration program reads the clipboard for your code. The only
programs that don't do this are the old 12 day evaluation programs
with the plain old edit box-based registration system.
