What's annoying about the Desert Dragon battle is that the game does
not actually tell you that the machine is present when the battle
starts. My guess is that this an oversight in the battle programming
for this particular encounter.

How do I attack the earthquake machine, I can press v to view an enemy and
arrow between the dragon and his quake machine, but How do I choose which one
to target?
