Um, nope. You can't catch any of the manamon in the Requiem implosion,
reason being, well, the plot lines that led you to there. That said,
extra Quartantulas are located in validation road as well, and I
believe there is an ingame trade of one you can do as well.

I appreciate it. I do have a bunch of week stuff that it's just too hard to
train without being able to get level of herbs because they have zero attacking
moves
