We just bought a new bed frame, (meaning we already had the matress. It's a

When we had a water bed, it sat on a heavy duty standard frame. When we got
rid of the water bed we kept the frame and are still using it.If we ever
get another new bed, we'll still keep the frame. This frame is both a
standard size or a queen size. Neither my wife or I want a queen.
Claudia,
I also have to observe that purchasing a new frame will get you that much
closer to the floor. I presume your current frame is a metal one with
attached wheels?
I would seriously consider just getting the new headboard and attaching it
to the current frame.

Claudia,
Sorry I ran across this after I posted my other response.
Now, what exactly is the problem with the current bed frame?
How high is the bottom of the box spring off of the floor currently?

Claudia,
We have a metal bed frame that is standard or queen. The queen is 6 inches
wider then the standard with 3 inches on a side and the length is the same.
Where the head board would be on the frame isa plate with holes in it. This
plate holds the box spring esembly from shooting off the

My good friend, let me tell you a very short tale of woe about assembling

Some great memories of Christmas Eve. Still, there will never be a

When I was a kid, you would get one kid sitting in the car driving and
another kid behind him to push it to the end of the block. Then, you
swapped places for the return trip. The car was made of metal and raddled

Most of your answers are yes.
Like almost anything you can mix and match.
the width is the most important item, as long as it's wide enough and not
more or less you can match it up just fine.

My wife and I had a similar headboard and we did not need to connect it to

How do you move the bed, if you guys want to clean there?
With the current grame, we can just wheel it from one side of the room to
the other because there's
bet you could call
