Hello,
I did speak to them today, and they tell me that they cannot service the
microwave; all they can do is provide a refund.
I have to have the receipt, but this item was ordered site to store, from
walmart.com
and we don't have
to purchase another microwave online.

Although, we do have proof the order was placed,
Call Wall-mart and talk to a manger. You may get some help that way. Better

Hi Claudia,
You should be able to use the Credit card statement as proof of purchase,
and you should have received several e-mails as official receipts.
I should also note that they cannot deny you the repair if the unit is still
under warranty, that is against the law, so please call them on
Claudia,
Start threatening them with the Better Business Bureau and The
Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.
